Worship at Prince of Peace

Worship at Prince of Peace is a blend between traditional liturgical and some aspects of contemporary worship. We seek to honor and worship the Lord through music, liturgy, Scripture and prayer.

Communion is celebrated on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

What to Expect

There is no right way to come church; come as you are. Some people dress in a suit; others in business casual and some in comfortable, relaxing clothes. There is no right way to dress for worship and we honor and accept all just as the way you are.

We value children and babies and encourage families to worship together. You will not be asked to remove your child(ren) from the worship service. Children are included in the exhortation to "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord all the Earth" - Psalm 100.1

You can expect an orderly service that flows naturally.

Adult Choir

We have an adult choir that offers special music at least twice a month during the second service. The musicial offering ranges from traditional hymns, XXXXXX, to contemporary.

The choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. until 8:15.

Handbells

Handbells contributes to the worship service on the third Sunday of the month, during the second service.

The Handbell choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings, beginning at 7 p.m.
